Sign sourcing guide

Trade sign sourcing for manufacturers

This sourcing hub helps agencies, sign shops and procurement teams compare manufacturers before sending a trade brief.

Supplier profiles show production and delivery evidence; the buyer must still verify discounts, confidentiality, account terms and fulfilment scope.

Buying guidance

Build a reusable trade brief

Include artwork, dimensions, quantities, sign type, installation assumptions, destination, delivery date and whether the supplier must stay invisible to your customer.

Ask for exclusion clarity

Trade quotes are easiest to compare when permits, site surveys, electrical work, freight, customs and installation are each marked included or excluded.

How suppliers are selected

These rules determine which directory profiles appear and how the list is ordered.

Directory eligibility
The build starts from profiles with a stable slug and either a description or a specific, non-General speciality.
Hub relevance
The general hub includes every eligible directory profile.
Supplier scope
This broad hub includes all eligible profiles so buyers can source trade work without unsupported API fields. Trade, wholesale and white-label terms must be verified with each supplier.
List order
Verified profiles appear first, followed by premium profiles, then the remaining names in alphabetical order.
Active filter
This view additionally requires the selected destination: Iraq.

What to verify before ordering

These are checks for the buyer to make with a shortlisted supplier; the directory does not pre-verify each claim.

Supplier confidentiality
Confirm whether the manufacturer supports white-label paperwork, neutral packaging and direct-to-client delivery.
Repeatability
Ask how artwork files, colour references and reorder specifications are stored for future jobs.
Delivery risk
Clarify freight insurance, customs documents, damage claims and replacement lead times.
