Two ways to get Pro
1. Included with a Sign Customiser subscription
Announced on 16 September 2026, for a later release.
Find Sign Makers Pro is included with an active paid Sign Customiser subscription when your listing is linked and publicly verified. Not on trial or the Development plan. It ends when the subscription ends or the listing is unlinked.
You cannot link a listing yet. We will tell you when linking opens.
Your Sign Customiser Store asks to link your listing. We then send a one-time link to the email address on your listing. Accept that link while you are signed in to your Find Sign Makers account. Only a claimed listing can be linked.
After the link starts, your dashboard gives the name of the Store that your Pro comes from.

What Pro does now
- Your profile is matched first for quote requests.
- Your profile is placed above free profiles on the hub listing pages.

- Your project gallery becomes a Pro feature and stays on your public profile.
- Your email address and telephone number become a Pro feature and stay on your public profile.
- Your website link becomes a prominent link. We mark it as a sponsored link.
- A Pro badge goes on your profile and on your listing cards. The Verified badge is different and stays free.
- Your profile gets priority placement on every listing page, not only the hub pages.
These profile changes are not live yet. We announced them on 13 September 2026. We send you an email before your gallery and your contact details become Pro features.

Questions
I subscribe to Sign Customiser. Do I pay again?
No. Find Sign Makers Pro is included with an active Sign Customiser subscription, from a later release. We announced this on 16 September 2026.
You cannot link a listing yet. We will tell you when linking opens. Your Store asks to link your listing, and you accept a one-time link that we send to the email address on your listing.
You cannot buy Pro a second time. The checkout refuses it and tells you where your Pro comes from.
Do not buy Pro while you wait for a link. We do not refund a year that you have started.
A Sign Customiser subscription includes Find Sign Makers Pro. It does not include Manufacturing Partners, which is a separate programme.

What happens when my Sign Customiser subscription ends?
Pro ends when the subscription ends, or immediately if the listing is unlinked.
Your listing stays. It goes back to a free listing and keeps the quote request inbox, the lead statuses and the funnel counts.
To keep Pro, buy it on its own today for USD 100 per year.
What is a sponsored link?
A sponsored link tells search engines that you pay for the placement. In a later release we mark every Pro website link this way, because Pro pays for the prominence.
A free profile keeps its website link. From the same release we mark that link with the nofollow attribute, which asks search engines not to follow it.
Does the Pro website link improve my position in search results?
No. We promise a prominent position on Find Sign Makers. We do not promise a position in search results.
The sponsored mark shows that you pay for the link.
When do the Pro changes show on my public profile?
Five Pro changes are not live yet. They are the gallery, the contact details, the sponsored link, the Pro badge and full priority placement.
We announced them on 13 September 2026. We send you an email before they start.
After they start, a change to your plan shows on the directory in 24 hours or less.
When does Pro renew?
Pro that you buy renews each year on the date that you bought it.
The billing page in your dashboard shows your renewal date. Cancel before that date to stop the renewal.
Pro that is included does not renew separately. It stays on while the Sign Customiser subscription is active.
How do I cancel Pro?
If you bought Pro, open the billing page in your dashboard. Select Manage billing.
Stripe stops the plan at the end of the year that you paid for. You keep Pro until that date.
If your Pro is included with a Sign Customiser subscription, there is nothing to cancel here. Manage that subscription on your Sign Customiser subscription page.
Do you give refunds?
We do not refund part of a year automatically.
Contact Find Sign Makers if a payment is wrong. Tell us what happened. We examine each request.
Who takes my payment?
Stripe collects your payment. Find Sign Makers does not get your card details.
Stripe shows your invoices in the billing portal.
Pro that is included with a Sign Customiser subscription costs nothing more, and there is no invoice here.
Why must my profile be publicly verified?
Pro promotes your profile, so the profile must show a real business and a complete listing. This is true whether you buy Pro or receive it with a subscription.
A profile is publicly verified when we hold a verification evidence record and the profile scores 90 or more out of 100.
Can I buy a Verified badge?
No. Verification is free and we give it for evidence. Pro is paid promotion.
The two badges are different.
