By accessing and using find sign makers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Use of the Directory
- The directory is provided for informational purposes only
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of manufacturer information
- Users are responsible for verifying manufacturer credentials
- Any transactions between users and manufacturers are independent of find sign makers
3. User Responsibilities
Users of find sign makers agree to:
- Provide accurate information when contacting manufacturers
- Use the directory for legitimate business purposes only
- Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the service
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Manufacturer Listings
While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date manufacturer information:
- We do not endorse any specific manufacturer
- We are not responsible for manufacturer conduct or services
- Manufacturers are responsible for maintaining their listing accuracy
5. Privacy and Data
The Privacy Policy tells you which information we collect, how we use it, who processes it and how long we keep it. If you have a question that the Privacy Policy does not answer, contact us at legal@findsignmakers.com.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
find sign makers is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Find Sign Makers Pro subscriptions
Find Sign Makers Pro is an optional paid upgrade for a claimed manufacturer profile. A free listing stays free.
Announced on 16 September 2026, for a later release.
Find Sign Makers Pro is included with an active paid Sign Customiser subscription when your listing is linked and publicly verified. Not on trial or the Development plan. It ends when the subscription ends or the listing is unlinked.
You cannot link a listing yet. We will tell you when linking opens.
- A member can buy Find Sign Makers Pro for USD 100 per year. No tax is added.
- Included Pro has no refund value and no cash value. A member whose Pro is included cannot buy Find Sign Makers Pro a second time.
- A member who is paying for Find Sign Makers Pro keeps that plan when the listing is linked. The plan runs to the end of the year that they paid for. We set it to stop at the end of that year and we do not refund it. Pro then continues with the Sign Customiser subscription.
- A profile must be publicly verified before the member can buy or receive Find Sign Makers Pro.
- Stripe collects the payment and holds the card details. find sign makers does not hold them.
- A paid subscription renews each year on the purchase date, until the member cancels it. The billing page in the manufacturer dashboard shows the renewal date.
- Cancel a paid subscription at any time on the billing page in the manufacturer dashboard. It stops at the end of the year that the member paid for. Pro stays active until that date.
- We do not refund part of a year automatically. Contact us at legal@findsignmakers.com if a payment is wrong.
- We can change the price. A running subscription keeps the price that it started on, so a new price applies to a new purchase.
- Priority placement needs a publicly verified profile. If a profile falls below the verification standard, the priority placement stops. It starts again when the member repairs the profile. The subscription continues. The Pro badge is not live yet, and it will follow the same rule.
- We can remove a listing that breaks these terms.
You must have a publicly verified profile before you can buy or receive Pro. Read the verification criteria.
