Find manufacturers that list LED signs as a production capability and compare the evidence on their directory profiles.
A useful quote should identify the LED system, cabinet or letter construction, power supply, controls and installation assumptions.
Give the manufacturer drawings, viewing distance, intended brightness, colour temperature and control requirements. State whether illumination must remain readable in direct sunlight or dim cleanly at night.
Ask for photometric or product data when brightness and power use affect consent, operation or maintenance.
Confirm driver location, cable access, isolation, ingress protection and the method for replacing failed modules. A low first price can be poor value when routine servicing requires removing the whole sign.
