How the Verified badge works
Verification criteria
A verified badge combines two checks. We record evidence that connects a manufacturer to the business, then check whether its profile contains enough useful information for buyers. The evidence remains private.

01 Accepted evidence
A manufacturer can use one of these evidence methods:
Method A
Business-domain email
A business-domain email address that matches the invited email address. Known consumer mailbox domains do not qualify.
Method B
Business registry reference
A registry reference that identifies the registered business and can be checked during a correction or review.
We record the method and reference, but do not publish the email address or registry reference as part of the badge.
02 Profile completeness score
The score is calculated from the current profile and totals 100 points. A profile needs 90 points or more for the badge.

| Minimum order | 5 | A minimum order quantity or typical project-size statement is provided. |
| Total | 100 | Description, phone and address are worth 15 points each. If one of these fields is empty, the score is less than 90. |
03 When the badge appears
A profile shows the badge only while all of these statements are true:
- The manufacturer has an active verified profile state.
- An accepted evidence method and private reference are recorded.
- A last-verified date is recorded.
- The current completeness score is at least 90.
The date shown beside the badge is when the current verification evidence was recorded. If later edits take the profile below 90 points, the badge stops appearing until the missing information is restored.
04 What the badge does not mean
Verification is not an endorsement, accreditation or guarantee. It does not confirm product quality, pricing, licensing, insurance, certifications, capacity, delivery performance or conduct. Buyers remain responsible for checking whether a manufacturer and its terms fit their project.
05 How to get verified
Sign in and open your dashboard. The Get verified section shows your profile completeness score and the fields that are empty. Send a code to an email address on your business domain, or send your business registry reference. Your badge appears when we hold your evidence and your score is 90 or more. Verification is free.
Open your dashboard06 Verification and Find Sign Makers Pro
Verification is free. A manufacturer earns it with evidence and a complete profile. Find Sign Makers Pro promotes a profile. A manufacturer cannot buy a Verified badge.
- Verified
- Shows that we hold a verification evidence record and that the profile scores 90 or more. It is free.
- Find Sign Makers Pro
- Shows that the profile has Find Sign Makers Pro, bought or included with a Sign Customiser subscription. It shows only while the profile is publicly verified. The website link on a Pro profile is a followed (dofollow) link. Links on free profiles are nofollow.
Find Sign Makers Pro is included with an active paid Sign Customiser subscription when your listing is linked and publicly verified. Not on trial or the Development plan. It ends when the subscription ends or the listing is unlinked.
The Store owner links the listing from the Find Sign Makers Pro page of their Sign Customiser admin. The manufacturer agrees through a one-time link that we send by email.
You can buy Pro on its own today for USD 100 per year.
You must have a publicly verified profile before you can buy or receive Pro.
07 Updates and corrections
Manufacturers can correct claimed profiles through their dashboard. An ordinary profile edit does not change the last-verified date. To report an inaccurate or outdated listing, use the contact page. Include the profile URL, the detail that needs changing and any public source that supports the correction.
